Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Attorney Fee

Our Chapter 7 bankruptcy attorney fees vary based upon your assets and the urgency of your case being filed.

We file consumer bankruptcy cases in the Norfolk and Newport news Divisions of the Federal Eastern District of Virginia Bankruptcy Court.   In addition to attorney fees, you will incur additional costs, including, but are not limited to:  Credit liability report fees (approx. $50 per person), required credit counseling course (approx. $24), and bankruptcy court filing fee of $338.00.
